The idea of an exhibition dealing with colours was initiated by Dóra Maurer in 2022. When using and systematizing colours; proportion, rhythm, quantity and other questions of mathematical or geometric nature arise.
On the one hand, the exhibition focuses on colourist artists, especially those for whom the colour theory approach is decisive, and who have their own colour research and individual colour theory. On the other hand, we would also like to introduce those for whom numbers appear in a different way, the main role is given to shaping the numbers.
